  • Professor of Food & Human Nutrition at Oxford Brookes University (1997 - 2011).

  • Currently serving as the Director of Clinical Nutritional Sciences, Singapore Institute of Clinical Services.

  • One of the inventors of Holista Foods core innovations (three patents).
